What does it cost?
Free to list and get a storefront URL. Tool Pile takes 2% on sales processed through Stripe. Dealer status — which adds priority placement and analytics — is $30/month.
How do payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account. Buyers pay on your store page and funds go directly to your Stripe account on a weekly payout schedule. Tool Pile never holds your money.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. We manually check every dealer — no automated approvals. That review process is what makes the directory trustworthy.
What can I sell?
New and used trade equipment, tools, machinery, and supply inventory. If contractors and trade businesses buy it, it belongs on Tool Pile. All listings are reviewed before going live.
