Welcome to Tool Pile. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using Tool Pile, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts to use our services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
4. Listings and Transactions
You represent that you have the right to sell any equipment you list and that your listings are accurate and complete.
5. Verification
Tool Pile manually reviews dealers and sellers before approving listings. Verification levels may affect your ability to use certain features.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, off-platform solicitation, or any activity that disrupts the platform or its users.
7. Fees and Payments
Tool Pile charges a 2% fee on transactions processed through Stripe. Dealer subscriptions are $30/month. All fees are subject to change with notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tool Pile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
